      Hi Lillian,

      So sorry for the late reply. My absolute favorite way of using saffron honey is to drizzle it on top of a bowl of Greek yogurt. It’s delicious, and the glorious golden color will make you smile. You could also stir it into a breakfast bowl of warm oatmeal, polenta, or millet. In my book SIMPLY ANCIENT GRAINS, I showcase a lot of quick and easy breakfasts that you can enhance with a spoon of saffron honey. Keep in mind that saffron is a precious spice. I recommend to use the most simple pairings as to not cover its delicate aroma. Please let me know if you try it one day.

      Saffron honey can be used like any honey. I try to let it shine by drizzling a bit on a bowl of Greek yogurt or a simple oatmeal. The spice is so spicy that I want to honor it if that makes any sense. Sorry for the late reply. Please let me know if you try it someday. It’s delicious.
